• Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.

5. Cancellation

Orders or services may be cancelled before processing. Once processing has started, cancellation may not be possible.

6. Failed Transactions

If payment is deducted but the transaction fails, the amount is generally reversed automatically by your bank. If not received within 7 working days, please contact us.
